- The National Tourist Information Office, situated in the luggage hall of the airport, can help you and provide useful information about getting to Louvain-la-Neuve. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- A taxi from the airport to Louvain-la-Neuve costs approximately 90 Euro
- Link to Brussels National Airport
- Get off at Ottignies and either change to the train to Louvain-la-Neuve or get a taxi (approximately 10 Euro);
- There are three trains per hour. Link to Belgian Railways for timetables;
- Remember that your destination is "Louvain-la-Neuve-Université" and not "Louvain/Leuven".
In any of Brussels' railway stations, ask for a ticket to "Louvain-la-Neuve-Université". You can take a direct train (IR), or take a train "IC Brussels-Ottignies-Namur-Luxembourg" in the same station and change in Ottignies (30 minutes from Brussels), and then take there a train to Louvain-la-Neuve.
After leaving the train, climb either of the two flights of stairs. The 'open-air' stairs bring you out in front of the entrance to the shopping gallery in which the station is located - at the top of the stairs turn right and then first left. You will find yourself in the "Place de l'Université" (a large square). The 'covered' stairs bring you out in the Rue des Wallons - turn right at the top of the stairs and follow the Rue des Wallons for about 50 meters until you come to the "Place de l'Université". Cross the Place de l'Université looking for a "Infinity" telecom shop in front of you and take the covered lane between the "Optics" and the Telecom Shops. When you come out of the lane turn right and follow the "Verte Voie" (a leafy pedestrian footpath) up for about 400 meters until you come to another square 'Place Verte' cross the square and go under the arch (grocery shop and pharmacy to the right of the arch). Continue on the Verte Voie for another 200 meters cross a road and follow the footpath through a grassy area with fruit trees ('Place de Maredsous'). Take the first exit to the left out of this grassy area, take the road to the left (Avenue de Citeaux) and first to the right "Rue de Clairvaux". - ADE's office is in the office building the very end of this cul-de-sac road.
- Take exit 8a - "Louvain-la-Neuve".
- At the roundabout (on the crossing with the N4) turn right, direction Wavre. At the first roundabout turn left.
- The building you can see on your left side is our location. However, as the entry is located on the rear, you have to continue straight away 30 meters, turn left 3 times (follow the signs «Le Clairvaux») and get until the parking. We are located in the building at the very end of the street, on the first floor.
- At the airport follow the sign TAXI when you are at the Arrival level.
- A special train assures connections between the city and the airport. The journey lasts about 30 minutes.
- Get down at Gare Centrale (Central station), take the metro line 1 (direction Stockel) or 5 (direction Hermann Debroux), get down at the 2nd stop: Arts-Loi
