African Development Bank’s IDEV (Independent Development Evaluation) has commissioned ADE to carry out an evaluation of the AfDB strategy and program in Ivory Coast during the period 2006-2016.

The evaluation provides an overall independent assessment of the Bank’s assistance and identified lessons learned and recommendations for the new Country Strategy Paper.
