ADE will participate to the session on “Blended Finance & Development Impact” at the Knowledge Exchange & Learning Session on Blended Finance organised by the OECD in Paris on 31 January and 1 February 2018.

ADE will present and discuss key lessons of the recent Evaluation of EU Blending it conducted in terms of:

•  the value for a donor to allocate capital towards blending vis-a-vie grants;
• development results;
• the relevance of this financing approach in the context of development impact.
