This evaluation is closely followed and validated by a Reference Group from the different EC services involved in cooperation with Honduras (DG RELEX, DG DEV, AIDCO, ECHO, and DG TRADE) as well as a representative of the Government of Honduras. The evaluation started in May 2010 and is expected to be completed the following year.
