As of 1^st October 2013, Edwin Clerckx has replaced Jean-Marie Wathelet as Managing Director of ADE.

This change takes place in line with ADE’s policy of appointing a Managing Director for a period of three years, renewable once. Edwin is a Doctor of Philosophy, holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a complementary degree in economics.  He joined ADE in 2001, became Head of the Evaluation Department in 2006 and then a Director of the company in 2007. Vincent Coppens, evaluation expert with a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, will replace Edwin as Head of the Evaluation Department.

Jean-Marie, who remains a member of the Board of Directors, has guided ADE with competence, vision and humanity over the last six years. We thank him heartily for all that he has done and, as he decided to take a well-deserved period of leave, we wish him every enjoyment and look forward to welcoming him back in 2014.
