Mr Edwin Clerckx, Head of ADE’s Evaluation department, has participated in the DAC OECD Workshop on Evaluating conflict prevention and peace-building activities organized by NORAD in Oslo on 16 and 17 February 2011. As Team leader of the ongoing thematic Evaluation of the European Commission’s support to conflict prevention and peace building over the period 2001-2010, his presentation was on Defining a limited set of Evaluation Questions to cover a complex environment
