Support to policy dialogue Mongolia 2024

The overall objective of this contract is to support the Government of Mongolia and the Cooperation section of the European Union Delegation to Mongolia by providing expertise in priority policy areas such as Macroeconomics, Public Finance Management, Budget processes and Employment. The Specific Objectives of the assignment is to assist the Government of Mongolia and European Union Delegation to Mongolia in the preparation of the necessary documents for the final annual disbursement of the Budget Support to the Government of Mongolia in 2024. - To assist the Ministry of Finance and the EU Delegation in the preparation of the disbursement files of the EU Sector Budget Support Programme; - To provide analytical work related to macroeconomic and public finance management and employment matters as requested by the EU Delegation; - To provide support in translating key strategic documents related to the disbursement of the Budget Support operations in Mongolia, and interpretation of meetings in the context of the annual review mission. The experts conduct an assessment of the final disbursement request as submitted by the Ministry of Finance and in line with the Financing Agreements'''''''' Results Indicator (RIs), targets, values, credibility of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework and assistance needed for improving the existing framework.
