Assistance Technique pour la finalisation des documents techniques pour l’AB – ODD Contrat objectifs de développement durable – Croissance Inclusive et Durable en Côte d’Ivoire (Contrat ODD-CID-CI)

The general objective of this contract is to support and accompany the Delegation of the European Union and the Ivorian authorities in the formulation and monitoring of a new ODD Budget Support Contract that aims to • Extend the coverage of contributory social protection and inclusion systems • Improve sustainable management of natural capital • Increase the sustainability and competitiveness of agricultural and manufacturing value chains • Improve green economic and financial governance. This contract has the following purpose: • To assist the Delegation of the European Union (DUE) in formulating the general and specific conditions of the new budget support program based on the Action document “Contract for sustainable development objectives - inclusive and sustainable growth in Côte d'Ivoire (Contracts ODD -CID -CI - OPSYS ACT 62014), in consultation with stakeholders, in particular the Government of Côte d'Ivoire. • - Accompany the DUE (i) in the process of verifying that the general and specific conditions relating to the disbursement of the various tranches of budget support between 2024 and 2026/2027 have been met (ii) as well as in the policy dialogue throughout the implementation phase of the ODD Contract
