Review of Sector Reform Performance Contract – Skills Development and Matching for Labour Market needs

Performance review in the context of the “EU financed Sector Reform Performance Contract (SRPC) on Skills Development and Matching for Labour Market Needs”. The intervention logic of the programme is driven by the objective of better employability of women and men in Georgia. The programme covers several themes under its 3 components: 1. Skills anticipation and matching; 2. Skills development; 3. Entrepreneurship development and youth. The main objective of the assignment is to ensure the implementation of the commitments made by Georgia in the Programme Phase 2, and in particular to provide short-term technical assistance aimed at improving the employability of women and men in the selected regions. More specifically, a detailed review of the implementation of the EU 2018-2023 SRPC on Skills Development Matching for Labour Market Needs should be provided to enable the EU to use the submitted reports as a tool for monitoring programme implementation and taking decisions on instalment disbursement for the years 2020-2021 in line with the financing agreement.
