Formulation of EU Programme support to Decentralisation in Ghana phase II under 11th EDF

The objective of the assignment is to provide support (by compiling and analysing the necessary information) to the Delegation of the European Union to Ghana and the Government of Ghana to formulate a programme supporting decentralisation in Ghana. The study will draft the Action Document based on an in-depth review of key documents, while ensuring continuous interaction with the civil society and government stakeholders in order to ensure ownership of the process (and the outcomes in a later stage). Concerning the latter, the study will further more organise interviews, meetings and workshops with key stakeholders.
