TA Support to the PFM Working Group Chair

The multi-donor funded Financial Management and Accountability Programme (FINMAP) is the main vehicle for implementation of Uganda's PFM reform strategy, aimed at strengthening budgeting, financial management, audit and procurement systems at all levels of government to ensure efficient, effective and accountable use of public resources as a basis for improved service delivery. FINMAP III runs from July 2014 to June 2018. The global objective is to ensure the provision of efficient, effective and quality support to Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) and the development partners in the area of public financial management, and specifically to the Chair of the PFM DP working group who also acts as PEMCOM co-chair.
