Ex-post Impact Evaluation of Four Projects of Governmental Cooperation

ADE has been asked to conduct a unique and innovative exercise in the area of impact evaluation, consisting of evaluating ex post the impact of four development aid projects. The exercise combines and compares qualitative and quantitative methods, which are commonly used or studied separately. The evaluation draws upon the respective expertise of ADE and the CRED (from the University of Namur, Belgium) on those two types of methods. The exercise has a double objective: to report on the impact of the four projects and to draw methodological lessons from the four case studies.
