Assistance Technique auprès de la Commission de la CEMAC en appui au démarrage des activités du PACIE

Developed as the main instrument of cooperation between the EU and the Central African region, the Regional Indicative Programme (RIP) of the 10th EDF has three focus areas: trade and economic integration and support of the EPA, management of renewable natural resources, and political integration. CEMAC has been chosen as the lead organization in Central Africa to implement the component "Economic Integration and Trade (IEC)" amounting to 97 million euros. The flagship component of the "IEC" of the PIR is the 10th EDF Programme Support to trade and economic integration in Central Africa (PACIE). To overcome the weaknesses in men and support the implementation of the PACIE, an envelope was designated to recruit a Technical Assistance. The tender for the recruitment was launched. The start of the mission was planned for the 1st of April 2013. The general objective of the realised project was to support the Commission of the CEMAC in the launch of the activities of the PACIE.
