Asistencia técnica al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para la puesta en marcha del proyecto de facilitación de la participación de Guatemala en el proceso de integración regional y en el acuerdo de asociación entre Centroamérica y la Unión Europea

The changing environment has enabled the European Commission to promote the integration process through a series of regional focused projects. However, special attention has not been paid to strengthening the capacities of national institutions responsible for implementing the technical aspects of regional integration. The objective of this contract was to support the capacity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINEX) in the starting phase of the implementation of the project “Implementation of the Facilitation of Guatemala’s Participation in Regional Integration and Association Agreement” by reinforcing it in the fields of technical and financial planning (according to the procedures of the EC) and providing support to all institutions involved in the programming of priority activities.
