Support to the CAON : CAON management and piloting

The Cell support the NAO (CAON) was established in 2006 and it coordinates the implementation of activities financed by the EDF. From 2008 to June 2012, the first Institutional Support Program (PAI 1) was implemented in Togo. The PAI 1 had the overall objective of contributing to the implementation of the strategy of poverty reduction. PAI 2 is going to start. It is within this framework that this project is listed. He helped to avoid a breakdown in the process of strengthening the functioning of the cell and its consolidation. The overall objective of the project was to enhance the performance of the cell and more specifically to strengthen its managerial and operational capabilities through the implementation of the National Indicative Program and the technical and financial implementation of all EDF commitments.
